My sub isn't currently active, so I cannot test this on live at the moment. However I haven't witnessed it doing this on beta. Have you tried disabling all other addons to make sure it's a TipTop issue?(Interface: TipTop (WoD) | Bug: Tooltip not fading correctly after mouseover)
